Sandesh Sridhar

I'm a native of Bangalore, lived all my life in South Bangalore. Completed my education in a school which was a 5 minutes walk and my college was 3 kms away from home. Studied Science in Pre University Course and realized my interest and passion was nothing close to it. I then decided to make a switch in my degree to Management (BBM) while I chose to pick up Human Resource as my major / specialization which took me to a different league of life. I then picked up interest to start internship to taste the flavor of industry experience. I was lucky to get my internship with Accenture Management Consulting and then my first job with First American (India) where I learnt the complete gamut of recruitment and today I'm confident to say I'm a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Here I'm today Microsoft India (R&D) Pvt. Ltd. with world's No. 1 IT Company as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

I'm passionate in Social Media Hiring, Leadership Hiring, Niche Skill Hiring, IT Recruitment, Talent Hunt, Negotiation, Interviewing, Psycho Metric Analysis.

In my free time I love to network and expand my connections, swim in the deep water, take a long ride on my Royal Enfield Classic 350.
